I grant Julie Cunningham permission to use online, video and audio recordings of myself and/or my art work from the “WTF” Weekend at Marg Mc Hugh’s which took place on Feb 23-25, 2024. This was a community response to the Voice referendum of Oct 2023, which Julie Cunningham has edited into a video called “A Creative Wake for the Yes Vote”. I grant that my image or likeness may be used by Julie on social media, Youtube or other digital-application for viewing and the promotion of the video.
I release Julie Cunningham, the video photographer, editor & producer, from liability for any violation of a personal or proprietary right in connection with such use.
