I grant Julie Cunningham permission to use online, the photographs, videos and audio recordings of me from the recordings of the “WTF” Weekend at Marg Mc Hugh’s which took place in late Feb 24. This was a community response to the Voice referendum of Oct 23, which Julie Cunningham edited into a video called “A Creative Wake for the Yes Vote”. I grant that my image or likeness may be used by Julie in associated print matter, on social media, Youtube or other digital-application for viewing and the promotion of the video.
I release Julie Cunningham, the photographer and video producer, from liability for any violation of a personal or proprietary right in connection with such use.
I understand that all such recordings, in whatever medium, shall remain the property of Julie Cunningham. I waive my right to any compensation.
