Art for Wellbeing Services
I also facilitate creative processes for wellbeing. In this work I draw from my art practice, training and experience in Transpersonal Art Therapy and the research I undertook in my Masters of Fine Arts. Sessions aim to vitalise our relationships with ourselves, each other, and the environment.
A R T G R O U P s for Healing
In groups a specific focus can be explored with verbal exploration, guided self expression and reflective practices. Through creative processes unconscious feelings or unhelpful beliefs and stories can be uncovered and given form to facilitate the reflective processes. A Private Session is usually 90 mins duration.
